Double Chocolate - Moist chocolate sponge with Lindt milk chocolate ganache and Lindt chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Lemon  - Lemon sponge, layered with lemon curd and a lemon-infused Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Classic Vanilla
Vanilla bean sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
White Chocolate & Raspberry
White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Chocolate Orange - Chocolate fudge sponge with layers of milk chocolate ganache and chocolate orange Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Please note that all my cakes contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and milk and some have soya or nuts
