Vanilla bean sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
White Chocolate & Raspberry
White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Chocolate & Salted Caramel - Chocolate fudge sponge with layers of salted caramel and salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Red Velvet - Deep red velvet sponge with a subtle hint of chocolate, with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Lemon & Elderflower - Lemon sponge soaked in elderflower cordial, with lemon curd and elderflower infused Swiss meringue buttercream.
